Hudson Tech Labs provides business automation, AI, and custom software services to small and mid-size businesses in the Hudson Valley and New York City. Our website is hudsontechlabs.site.

We collect information in three ways:

• Email address and name — when you submit the contact form or sign up for updates. We use this to respond to your inquiry and, if you opt in, to send occasional updates about our services.
• AI assessment call transcripts — when you use the free assessment with our AI assistant (Annie), the conversation is recorded and transcribed to generate your customized report. Transcripts are stored securely and used only to produce your report and improve the assessment.
• Usage data — standard web analytics (page views, referrers, browser type) collected through analytics tools, if enabled. See the cookie section below.

• To respond to inquiries and deliver services you requested
• To generate and send your AI assessment report
• To send updates and resources you opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To improve our website and services through aggregated analytics

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

Your data is stored on servers in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for all data in transit. Email addresses collected through our forms are stored in our CRM and email platform. AI assessment transcripts are retained for 90 days, after which they are deleted.

Our site uses essential cookies required for authentication and site functionality. We may also use analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. When analytics cookies are active, you will be prompted to accept or decline them before they are set.

You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.

You have the right to:
