Terms of Service

Hudson Tech Labs provides business automation consulting, AI strategy assessments, and custom software development for small and mid-size businesses. All services are delivered remotely via video call unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The AI Audit is a paid 1–2 hour working session that includes a review of your business transcript, workflow mapping, and a written action plan delivered within 5 business days of the session.

• The Audit fee is due at the time of booking. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
• The free assessment call with Annie is not a substitute for the paid Audit and does not include a written plan.
• We reserve the right to decline an Audit booking if the free assessment indicates we are not a good fit for your needs. In that case, your payment will be fully refunded.

You may reschedule or cancel your Audit session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

If you are dissatisfied with the Audit deliverable, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will either revise the plan or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Any custom code, automations, or systems we build specifically for your business are yours upon final payment. We retain the right to reuse general patterns, frameworks, and tooling across other client work.

We do not claim ownership of your business data, customer lists, or proprietary workflows.

Hudson Tech Labs provides recommendations and implementation assistance. We are not responsible for downstream business decisions, third-party service outages, or changes in platform pricing or availability.

Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Our website uses essential cookies required for authentication and basic functionality. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. Analytics cookies are only set after you provide consent via the cookie banner.
